Last night was a fun night. I went to Lindsey's bonfire and got to play duck duck goose, hang out, and go searching through the woods for an old shack. The ground was rather slippery, which made duck duck goose fun because everyone fell down at least once, myself included. It also decided to rain off and on for a while, which no one really seemed to care because we stayed outside. The shack out in the woods was a lot of fun to find because we just couldn't find it in the dark so it took quite a while, but we eventually got there. I admit, though, the most exciting part came later when everyone left and Lindsey and I had to run and hide from her mom in fear of her getting in trouble and her mother hating me. It was about midnight, maybe a little after and we were standing there talking and right in the middle of asking her to be my gf, right before the word 'girlfriend', her mom comes outside and we take off around to the backyard of her house and hide for a bit where I ask her again and receive an answer...YES! Haha, after waiting for the right time I sneak to the woods and slowly make my way towards my car. When I am near the side of her house I see someone standing about 10-15 feet from me with a flashlight so I freeze. I found out later it was Lindsey, but I didn't know so I stood there for about five minutes before moving on and getting to my car. Anyway, that was a lot of fun and the most excitement this guy has had in a while. And thank you Lindsey, it makes me very happy that you said yes.
